Executive Administration

CENTRA provides executive administrative support to client organizations, particularly “Front Office” support, including:

  • Receiving, assessing, and referring phone calls, messages, and memos.
  • Formatting, editing, and distributing correspondence, handling mail support, and scheduling for senior executives.
  • Developing and maintaining requirements to support daily operations.
  • Providing other administrative support as required, including assisting with travel arrangements and training new special assistants.
